The brief was to devise a campaign to drive sales of underperforming handsets
the outcome
- The rewards were designed to appeal to both genders and included aromatherapy, white water rafting, tandem paragliding, scuba diving and snowboarding.
- Claim forms were sent out on 5,000 handsets for the customer to complete and either mail in or alternatively complete online.
- A consumer microsite was created to communicate the offer and provide additional information and full listings for each activity using a postcode search facility. Once a customer had selected an activity a voucher for their chosen activity would be sent out.
- Responsible for design and development, recruitment of participating venues, print and production, dedicated customer service helpline and freepost service and redemption handling and analysis.
